Final-year team project (2025): a proof-of-concept real-estate marketplace where a Next.js interface talks to Solidity contracts through MetaMask.

Property listings, fractional buyers and multi-party royalty flows on Ethereum, with files on IPFS and contracts tested on the Holesky testnet. A three-person team project; the report covers architecture, requirements, test scenarios and the contract source.

Highlights

  • Built a Next.js and Tailwind interface connected to Solidity contracts through wallet-based Web3 interaction.
  • Modelled property listings, fractional buyers and multi-party royalty flows in Ethereum smart contracts.
  • Tested the contracts on the Holesky testnet and documented architecture, requirements and test scenarios.
