A multi-tenant marketplace of AI-training experts: Temporal workflows that provision and offboard Slack and Google accounts for 120k+ users in 120+ countries.

A FastAPI backend with a React front end, instrumented from zero with Mixpanel, session replay, Datadog RUM and backend tracing. My work covered the Temporal account-lifecycle workflows that halved seat costs when agents leave a campaign, the idle-account deactivation and Drive handover that closed a data-loss gap, an org bot that fixed every failed private-channel join, an 89% cut to a Mixpanel hot shard, Statsig-gated rollouts and an N+1 fix in a bulk delete.

Highlights

Automated Slack and Google accounts for 120k+ users in 120+ countries with Temporal workflows, cutting seat cost 50% when agents leave a campaign.
Closed a security gap by deactivating accounts idle 30+ days and moving departed users' Drive files to the company with zero data loss.
Fixed 100% of failed private-channel joins with an org bot that joins first, then invites agents.
Cut a Mixpanel hot shard (340k+ events a day) by about 89%, removing about 110M redundant events a year.
Instrumented end-to-end analytics from zero, using Mixpanel, session replay, Datadog RUM and backend tracing.
Validated new features in production with selected organizations first through Statsig feature flags.
Resolved an N+1 query in a FastAPI bulk delete, so database calls stay flat as records grow.
