A payment reconciliation API that sorts payment cases into 6 outcomes with a full audit trail and tests across every layer.

FastAPI and Pydantic over SQLAlchemy, Alembic and PostgreSQL. Cases are created, listed, filtered and retrieved through a structured-input API; deterministic rules classify each one as reconciled, underpaid, overpaid, partial, missing or review-required, and every decision is stored with its input snapshot, reasons, timestamps and review flags.
